Commercial Flat Roofs

There are three main types of flat roof installation, built up roof, single-ply flat roofing, and spray on roofs. A built up roof is a system of multiple layers or membranes such as Modified Bitumen. Single ply roofing is the most common flat roofing material on the market today. It is typically installed as fully adhered/glued, or mechanically fastened. The most common types of single ply roofing are EPDM rubber roofing or TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing. Spray foam roofing is a two part insulation sprayed directly onto the roof, and then coated either with acrylic or urethane coating and a thin layer of tiny crushed stones or sand. Roof coatings are made for existing roofs and can often extend the service life of your roof by 10-15 years.

Commercial Steep Slope Roofs

These include metal, tile, slate and cedar materials. Metal roofs can be fire, wind and impact resistant and come in a variety of metal options such as, copper, stone coated steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and with pre-baked on finishes. The metal roofs also can be energy efficient as they are reflective, therefore saving on costs.

Commercial Tile Roofs

Roof tiles are designed mainly to keep out rain, and are most commonly made from concrete or clay. A large number of shapes (or “profiles”) of roof tiles have evolved over the years including:

  • Flat Tiles – The simplest type, which are laid in regular overlapping rows.
  • Mission or Barrel Tiles – Are semi-cylindrical tiles laid in alternating columns of convex and concave tiles.

Roof tiles can be fire, impact resistant and provide natural water shedding. Tile roofs have been proven to withstand sustained winds of over 100 miles per hour.

Commercial Siding

For light commercial or industrial siding needs we offer aluminum, steel, vinyl, fiber cement and cedar materials to accommodate the building design, aesthetics and functionality that you are looking for.

Commercial GutteRS

Commercial buildings are larger and therefore need a better gutter system than residential properties. The styles, sizes and durability differ and depending upon city regulations require different building code requirements. Our commercial gutter systems also come in a variety of materials aluminum, steel, copper, EPDM-lined and box guttering to maximum drainage.
